Every successful commercial project begins with a clear plan.
As an on-location photographer, I travel to your business, property, restaurant, Airbnb, or approved location to create professional imagery that supports your goals. Whether you're showcasing a listing, promoting your brand, highlighting a menu, or capturing a destination, every project is tailored to your specific needs.
Booking is simple. You can schedule through the website, submit an inquiry, send a text, call, or reach out through direct message on social media. Every commercial booking begins with a planning consultation to discuss your project objectives, location, scheduling, shot list, and any special requests so I can understand your vision and prepare for the day of your shoot.
Appointments are typically confirmed within 2–3 business days. Once your booking is confirmed, your project is scheduled, and I'll arrive prepared to capture professional imagery that aligns with your goals.

OUTDOOR SAFETY
Many sessions take place outdoors or at client-selected locations where conditions may vary. By participating, all clients acknowledge and accept the natural risks associated with outdoor environments, including uneven terrain, weather conditions, insects, wildlife, and other public hazards. Free Life Expressions is not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost or stolen personal belongings, or incidents caused by conditions beyond our control. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors throughout the session.
LOCATION RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for selecting a safe and legal location for their session unless otherwise recommended by Free Life Expressions. While every effort is made to promote a safe experience, participation at any outdoor or public location is at the client's own risk. Free Life Expressions is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property loss resulting from environmental conditions, third parties, or circumstances outside our control.
WEATHER & ENVIRONMENT
Outdoor photography is subject to weather and environmental conditions. Sessions may be rescheduled when conditions create safety concerns. Clients acknowledge that natural elements such as wind, rain, heat, cold, insects, mud, uneven ground, and changing terrain are part of outdoor photography and agree to participate at their own discretion.
These versions are more professional and are commonly used by photographers. They set expectations without sounding overly harsh or attempting to waive responsibility in ways that may not be enforceable.
Accidents happen, and that's understandable, but in the end, someone is at fault. If your party is responsible for any unreasonable damages (anything over the cost of $20) we ask the responsible party to reimburse for all damages on the same day. We have receipts for all items in the basement in case of an accident. In the event that we miss handled any of your property causing damage. We will do the same.
